RoboHelp (January 2026 Release) is now available!

Hello everyone,

We are pleased to share that RoboHelp (January 2026 Release) is now available.

RoboHelp (January 2026 release) introduces support for the new Zendesk authentication method using an API token and email address, replacing the previous username-and-password approach to improve security. This release also adds a Persistent Search Bar feature, configurable from the Layout section in Templates, ensuring the search bar remains visible in the output. In addition, it includes fixes for critical authoring, publishing, and accessibility issues.

How to install

To install, please follow the instructions mentioned under Install the update:

1. If you are updating from RoboHelp 2022.1, you must manually download and install RoboHelp (January 2026 release) from Download RoboHelp page.
2. If you are updating from RoboHelp 2022.6 version, click Help > Check for Updates.
