Create designs from your documents with Adobe Express AI Assistant in Adobe Acrobat

Create designs from your documents with Adobe Express AI Assistant in Adobe Acrobat

Long documents can make important information hard to find. Adobe Acrobat with Adobe Express AI Assistant (beta) can turn document content into a one-page visual design, such as a flyer, social post, newsletter, greeting card, invitation, or graphic illustration.

Start with a document, PDF Space, or chat summary. Review the suggested designs, refine one by chatting, download it as an image, open it in Adobe Express to continue editing, or save it to your PDF Space. Generated content is based on your source, but review names, dates, numbers, and other details before sharing.

Access and availability

Individual and Teams subscribers with Acrobat Studio, Acrobat AI Assistant Plus or Acrobat Express will have the ability to create single-page designs like a flyer, social post or newsletter, powered by Adobe Express AI Assistant (beta). We reserve the right to introduce generative credit consumption for features powered by the Adobe Express AI Assistant (beta) in the future and may update usage limits at any time.

Usage limits

You can create designs for free, subject to fair-use limits that keep them available to everyone. The limits apply to Adobe Express AI Assistant (beta), differ between the Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Express experiences, and may change as needed. Acrobat notifies you when you reach a limit, for example, when you've used up your available generations. No action is required from your end. The Acrobat team may reset the fair-use limits for users who have used up their quota from time to time. The team reserves the right to introduce generative credit consumption for this feature in the future, and may update usage limits at any time.

Partner models and your content

Adobe Express AI Assistant is in beta and uses partner (non-Adobe) models to help generate content. Each time you ask to create a design, Acrobat informs you that Adobe Express is being used to generate the content. The request proceeds by default. If you'd prefer not to continue, select the stop button next to the chat input box.

Check how partner models are used in Adobe products, the Adobe Express AI Assistant Terms of Use, the Adobe Express Generative AI policies, and the Adobe Generative AI user guidelines for more information.

Benefit and key capabilities

Long documents may bury key information and insights that users need. A single, well-designed page helps you convey your message in an engaging visual that is easier to grasp, easier to remember, and more likely to be shared. You may want to share your document information as a campaign, flyer, or notice that can serve as a marketing asset. In Acrobat, you can perform the following design actions:

  • Turn a document, a PDF Space, or a chat summary into a single-page flyer, social post, newsletter, invitation, greeting card, or graphic illustration.
  • Get up to three ready-to-use designs, each prefilled with content pulled from your document and conversation.
  • Refine a design by chatting, adjusting the content and style with follow-up messages.
  • Download a design as an image and share it anywhere, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, WhatsApp, email, or print.
  • Open a design in the Adobe Express editor to keep refining. Point anywhere and submit a prompt, and your work carries over.
  • Save designs to your PDF Space, then reopen them later from the chat.
