動画のダウンロード不良

動画編集をし、編集画面では何も問題ないにもかかわらず、ダウンロードされたド動画は何度も5分間ほどフリーズしている動画で話にならない。

30分以内の動画をアップロードすると２７時間近くの動画がアップロードされる。様々なファイルで試したが同じようになりました。
