All images in downloaded/exported PDF documents appear blurry, it does not matter if we are using our own imported images, or if we are using Adobe stock images. This happens when downloading as PDF Standard or PDF Print, and the problem is consistent on both Chrome & Safari even after clearing cache & cookies.The (2) attached files are examples of the blurry image issue we are experiencing when downloading/exporting any PDF, both single pages or entire documents. We have been using Adobe Express for quite some time and have never experienced this issue before. We also noticed a change in the total file size when downloading our entire 45 page PDF document...the document is typically around 30MB, but since the blurry image issue started, the total file size for the same 45 page PDF document is 24MB. I normally copy text from other Express webpages or word documents.When pasting into Express it will normally retain the paragraph formatting which means I can add elements within the paragraph (images, headings, videos).Recently this has stopped. Which means i need to paste each paragraph seperatly if I want to be able to add elements within the text. Can you please revert this change as it adds significant amount of time.
I purchased a premium recharge from Airtel that offered a Free One Year Subscription Of Adobe Express Premium as part of the bundled offer. So, I created an adobe account using email id and I updated the same email id in my Airtel Thanks App.. Now when i try to login directly to my adobe express account, it doesn’t show that my plan has been upgradedANDwhen i login via the airtel app - i.e. click Manage or troubleshoot - it opens the adobe express app but other than that there is NO updated premium subscription option PING PONG Setup of Airtel & Adobe Partnership I checked with Airtel - they said its Adobe issue as on their Airtel App, it clearly shows active.. Been having isses with the app last couple weeks with the videos once downloaded in a project not loading....just the spinning icon....very frustrating when attempting to put a video project from multiple clips together...some load just fine while others don't....please advise.....screen recording attached...app is up to date....using A Samsung Galaxy Note + .... Android 12 operating system.
I set up templates prior to them being moved into projects and some are flagging as having missing assets to the team and they keep raising this with me but when I check the templates and make sure all the assets are linked and republished, the alert does not go away. Its only been some of the templates so confused why this is happening and if anyone else has had this issue?
Getting an error when trying to upload a video for the past few days. Using Google Chrome, have cleared the cache and cookies, checked settings on the account, disconnected and reconnected all linked accounts and also tried using the installed app on my pc as well and still no luck.Any thoughts on what is going on?
Just create a video which have GB’s of video layers. The optimization and rendering of video is fine while its doing on web , but when it gives browser the downloadable file , the rate of download is around 50KB/s , which is around 6 hours to download a GB file.
När jag skapat en swipe med flera bilder för till exempel LinkedIn, så blir foton på bilder pixliga och suddiga när jag exporterar till en PDF. För att gå runt problemet behöver jag istället ladda ner bild för bild i en PNG eller JPG, i dubbel storlek, för att sedan konvertera alla bilder till en och samma PDF. Det har alltid fungerat tidigare att exportera direkt till PDF utan att kvaliteten påverkats, men denna bugg har uppstått och hållit i sig de senaste tre dagarna. Kvaliteten på bilderna håller vid export till PNG eller JPG, men då vi vill kunna ladda upp dokument som PDF på olika plattformar är det viktigt att vi kan exportera även till PDF utan att kvaliteten försämras.
Issue summary: Ive created a video file and whenever i open it so i can edit it, it will open and let me work in peace, but at a random moment it will show a “Recovering file” pop-up modal and after loading, it shows a “file recovered”, when i press continue, it will loop back to “recovering file” over and over Product & version: Adobe Express - mobile app Platform: Device - iOS Steps to reproduce: Opening the application. In Adobe Express, when I upload portrait videos into Adobe Express, I can resize ok, but if I try the adjustment tools (brightness, contrast, etc), the video rotates 90' and warps the szie. I've tried multiple browsers (Chrome + Brave). Using the web version. on Windows 11.Note. It's infuriating I can't get actual support given I'm on a paid plan for adbove express. (at least that I can find). if this does exist, please do let me know. wasting an hour lookng for support just finding this page!
When I choose from quick actions the option to Caption video, it loads for a moment, then just takes me back to the home screen. There is no explanation as to why it won’t complete the action.

At new adobe express, I asked to remove the small object from the image, and it keep replacing the object with another one instead or simply removing the object. Using Adobe Express online and app, using color picker for image shadow change color it freezes all browsers and app. Using Windows I have to force shut down the browsers (Chrome and Edge) in device manager. Changing the color with the Adobe given swatches are ok, just the color picker freezes everything. Using Windows 11, Chrome, Edge browsers and chrome app
When trying to change the font, the “College” font tab shows me the message, “No Fonts Found”. This is the only section of fonts that show this message, and this is the first time that this has happened. I opened a new project and the error stayed. I refreshed the page and nothing changed. I use a school account for my work, so everything should be available.
Very frustrating. I am putting together a Town Hall video for a large audience, in two days. I spliced together multiple videos in a project and was able to download with no issues. I made changes and now I'm unable to download the file no matter what i try (clearing cache, different browsers, different wifi, VPN on and off, using app and web, restarting, incognito mode). I receive the error message "Download failed. An error ocurred while downloading your file. Please try again." I am super disappointed I spent hours into this project, using Adobe Express for the first time. Why is there no fix for this? It's a joke and now I don't have a working video and won't be able to use the one I downloaded already so can't meet the objective.
Issue: I have Adobe Express activated through Airtel Thanks app and is still valid for next few months. Every time i am working on a project or using any AI tools, the app resets automatically and I have to start all over again. Version: Latest version of Android (Installed on One Plus Pad Go 2 Tablet)Steps taken: Reset Cache and Data, reinstalled app, Restarted the tab, still similar issue.Kindly find attached video for refrence. I was working on editing some images, and all of the images are now ending up with this error. I've tried multiple computers, multiple accounts, multiple browsers, and private mode, all them have the same issue. The only time I could get an image to work is if i sign out, use the public background removal tool, and then after background is removed, sign back in to download it. I'm on windows 11, and the browsers I tried are Opera and Edge Thanks!
The Remove Object option only works about 10% of the time, at best. Mostly, it just shows the brush size option, but won’t actually allow you to even brush the object to be removed. This is on iOS (latest version), btw.
your recent modification asking whether I want to do another background removal is useless and injects an unnecessay step. If I want to do another I can simply upload a new image. Remove this inane step..
