PNG and JPG files become lower resolution when imported into Adobe Express, as if they have been compressed.I am uploading directly from my computer, not Libraries. The original files are large and high resolution. It it happening on the browser version as well as the desktop application, therefore it is not cache-related. Restarting and refreshing the application, browser or computer makes no impact.  The images are not being stretched to fit the canvas, they are identical sizes. I have Adobe Express premium. It is mildly noticable with PNGs but impacts JPG files significantly more.  This is happening before exporting but affects the export also.  Waiting for the image to “unblur” is not a solution.Thanks for your help!

I’m trying to download a video I created, and it’s only 2:18 minutes and seconds long. I’ve made about a dozen other videos of the same or larger length on this same platform, and I’ve never had any issues with exporting those projects. Because this project hasn’t been letting me export for days now, I’m behind on my video uploading schedule for my social accounts. Can someone please help me fix this? Before I’m recommending the generic steps of trying other browsers or clearing my cookies/cache, trust me, I’ve tried everything. Trying to download as 720p doesn’t do anything either. 

When posting to social media from Adobe Express the ability to post to a connected LinkedIn profile isn’t working correctly. For instance, a business account is connected to my personal account, but the system does not allow me to log into the business account, instead it creates a new business account, which does nobody any good. People must be able to access the real account that is connected to their personal account to post to it from Adobe Express. 

Adobe Express files crash, giving file recovery message whenever editing or viewing a video file.  I typically access the files through the browser.  The error message first states reovering file, then recovers file, the button says continue, and then happens repeatedly happening over and over again making using the tool next to impossible.  I can't effectivly edit or review a video. 

I am unable to link my Facebook and Instagram accounts on Adobe Express. I have tried deleting them and reinstating them, I have gone into Meta Suite to try and check the connections, I have been through all the options on Manage Connections. Now when I try to reinstate the accounts, it has gone into a loop, continually asking em to refresh the token, and then coming up with an error message. Please please help me! 

When I uploaded several videos to stitch together both the video and audio became altered. From the first video the initial start of the video picture was cut off. This or another issue caused the audio to be offset enough that the merged collection video had speaking with the video not showing any mouth movement.

I am unable to find the 'Publish' option so I can share a file with my students to remix it.I used a different browser and refreshed the page and deleted the cached files with no luck.Any advice is welcome! Best wishes

I would like to begin by expressing my appreciation for the excellent application experience Adobe provides. I am writing to report an issue I have recently faced in Adobe Express. For the past few days, I have not been able to access design assets. When I select suggested design assets such as brushes, elements, and frames through the “View All” menu, it redirects me back to the same page. Currently, the only way I can access design assets is by using the search bar. For your reference, I have attached a video that demonstrates the issue in detail. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this problem at the earliest. Thank you for your support and for continuing to provide such valuable creative tools. 

I use Adobe Express to make edits to small video files, mostly screen recordings on mac. I’ve used the Enhance Speech feature for years and it has always done a great job of cleaning up the audio and removing background noise. Sometime in the last few weeks that change. Whenever I use this on any clip at all, I get a really distorted robot-sounding effect. The results are completely unusable. Honestly, this simple video editor was the main reason I paid for this app. I can't actually use any of the outputs from this right now. I haven't been able to use a single video from this for over three weeks.

The transparent images and logos previously uploaded to Express webpages are now showing up with white backgrounds.  These webpages have been published for months.  The issue happened once before on Jan 6th and was resolved.  Is this an ongoing issue and is it being looked at?  

I purchased a premium recharge from Airtel that offered a Free One Year Subscription Of Adobe Express Premium as part of the bundled offer. So, I created an adobe account using email id and I updated the same email id in my Airtel Thanks App.. Now when i try to login directly to my adobe express account, it doesn’t show that my plan has been upgradedANDwhen i login via the airtel app - i.e. click Manage or troubleshoot - it opens the adobe express app but other than that there is NO updated premium subscription option PING PONG Setup of Airtel & Adobe Partnership I checked with Airtel - they said its Adobe issue as on their Airtel App, it clearly shows active.. Only used Adobe Express for two days now after a long lapse into Canva and Premiere -- and here is why. Day 2 showed no sign of my project from day before. Only by end of day did i use a history link and it appeared. Saved it as template as only option to manually save. Then come time to download hours of work and NO DOWNLOAD BUTTON. Refreshes make it appear and but it disappears too fast so NO DOWNLOADS.  Not to mention that you have to constantly RE-open uploads to access while working on same project. Lock it open!FIX THIS SOFTWARE OR PULL IT. Worst glitchy 2 days of software ever. And I’ve been paying $80+ / month for Suite for a decade plus and don’t know why any more.

Pretty often me or my colleagues try to download a pdf from a adobe express file (web page). It shows the loading that reaches always 90% and then it gets stuck. It is happening Often and it's getting kinda annoying since we use it for work, I tried to delete the cache and even to download from a duplicate file but nothing was solved. Usually we wait the day after in order to download without incidents the pdf but as you may imagine it causes work delays. I would like to get support in order for me and my colleauges to work fluently without any hitches. 

While working inside my Adobe Express account, I was attempting to update the page color swatch with a Brand Kit I use regularly. It did not appear when inside the switch. None of my Brand Kits appeared in the swatch. I check the Brand Kits tab in the project, received a notice “Easily Create on Brand” notice.I check my work account Adobe Express Brand Kits to ensure they’re not gone, thankfully still in tact.I go back to my account and check my Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries, the Brand Kits are present.Back to my Adobe Express account, inside the project, and no brand kits.I explore my Adobe Express Brand Kits home page tab, nothing was there.Tapped on “Browse Shred Brands”, my Libraries pop up, I select my Brand Kit and click ‘ADD’“Failed to Add library at this time” I cannot copy anything over, seemingly everything is stuck and not connecting. Feels isolated.

I was editing a collage and due to the position of the photo in the layer, the menu would glitch and was not clickable. 

I try to open Adobe Express from any channel (browser, desktop), and it shows an error like this: “This site can’t be reached. Check if there is a typo in express.adobe.com. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN.”

Hello!My students created video files of their presentations (we used "video" on Express -- not "presentation" option).  The imported screen shots of their slides (from Google Slides) and recorded their narration for each slide. After publishing their videos, in every one of them, the video ends and cuts off the narration of probably about 10-15 seconds of the slide.   Here is an example:  https://express.adobe.com/video/RPI7v8DPNu39p Does anyone know why?  Could it be because I had them delete the "Credits" and "Outro" slides?  Or is it a file size issue? I searched online and could not find an answer for Adobe Express specifically. Thank you for any help you can provide. Regards,Karen C.HS English Teacher

I have been using canva for the past year or so, and was delighted to know that Adobe had their version where I could hook up to instagram and facebook. And it was included with my typical paid for subscription which was a plus. However, I can make great designs/posts but when it goes to the scheduler and gets posted they are junk. Blurry, every part of them. Unless it's an asset/text/picture that is already in the Adobe Express app. Anything that I bring in, comes out blurry. I tried just downloading the file to bring over to Meta. the PNG/JPEG Files are blurry. The PDF file is ok. But of course you can't use a PDF file for posting. I even tried to export from the PDF to PNG that I downloaded straight from Adobe Express. Blurry. Other things I have seen in the forum that I have tried:1. Changing from Chrome to Safari.2. Hello team,I cannot edit any text I add within the mobile app (it works on desktop), and I cannot use premium fonts even though I am a premium member (this issue occurs on both desktop and the app).I have changed the plan to access all apps. I am encountering a critical silent failure in the video export/download process on the Express Beta. The UI indicates completion, but no file is actually produced, and no error message is triggered. This appears to be a metadata handoff or local browser encoding conflict.Additionally, there is a consistent logic failure when using Generative Fill on text layers. The engine generates an opaque background patch instead of applying textures (e.g., matte silicone/3D effects) strictly to the text alpha/geometry, necessitating manual masking workarounds.

I’ve been iterating on a simple stress test/piece/file that I called 'Higher Than Anticipated,' taking a raw photo of the San Antonio skyline and pushing it into a high-contrast 'Lunar' aesthetic.During my latest stress test, I found something fascinating. By layering enough 'energy' into my lighting prompts, I actually forced the Beta to switch modalities. It stopped treating my work as a static photo and started rendering it as a video, it’s like the AI decided the scene had too much momentum to stay frozen. Check out the screenshot since i cant upload a recording at the moment, to see the exact moment the logic flipped. It’s a great look at how the Firefly engine interprets 'kinetic' descriptions. Interestingly, pushing the lighting engine this far actually caused the software to pivot from a static image to a video render. It’s a fascinating look at how the AI interprets 'energy' in a scene.
