I create a POST and am unable to name the file or save it to a folder, i also can't see it in recent files unless i 'go back' in my browser. I now have to completely rebuild my POST!!! Same issue with desktop version on a MAC

The transparent images and logos previously uploaded to Express webpages are now showing up with white backgrounds.  These webpages have been published for months.  The issue happened once before on Jan 6th and was resolved.  Is this an ongoing issue and is it being looked at?  

I’m able to open the app, but I’m unable to open any existing files or create a new project. The screen stays on the loading page. I also tried reinstalling the app, but the issue persists.My iOS version is 26.2.1.

Hi, My colleague is trying to share a brand folder with me. I’ve received the email invitation, however, when I click open to collaborate, an image of a lock appears on the screen. There is also no way of viewing it when I select ‘brand’ through the other methods and it says that nothing has been shared.  I’m on a free premium trial until May and my colleague is also on a premium account. Any help greatly appreciated. Many thanksJenn 

I can no longer see the ‘Brands’ folder that I created under ‘Your stuff’.The only way I can see it is if I start a new piece of artwork, and ‘Brands’ only then appears down the left side bar, but without control over the folder.I’m logged into the correct account, I’ve logged out / in, tried incognito, tried another browser but it’s still the same.I’m still a ‘premium member’ and I created these templates for colleagues to use. Now I’ve created a new template, I can’t seem to add it as it just doesn’t seem to exist anymore.I’ve tried searching for it, adding it to my library but the editing capabilities are no longer there.Is there a way this can be recovered so it fully appears again?

When editing my text, I no longer have a feature to increase or decrease spacing between letters and lines. There used to be a button I could select and adjust both letter and line spacing. This feature has disappeared.  

Dear Adobe Express team,I work with technical data sheet tables and during the export to pdf, somehow coloured table lines gets out of the border, part of the text falls outside the defined frames. Could you please fix this issue? My device: Samsung Galaxy A16Version: 29.7.0 When I open the shapes tab, the tab itself is simply blank. The app's interface also takes a long time to load. While I could tolerate the long load times, the main thing is that the basic functions work. I really hope you can fix this problem, as this is the only graphic design app on my phone that I really like. 

I made a template for YouTube Thumbnails in our style a few weeks ago but coming into it now there has been changes/glitches. We have multiple differnet show logos/podcasts/stations that have logos that need to be swapped out, so I created them on a 1920x1080 canvas so they are sized properly when the user “replaces” the logo for the logo they need. This was working well and the user could still click on the background layer to change the photo grid either 1, 2,  or 3 photos . There are six pages in this template two different looks with three images variations.  However this week when you go to click on the background to change the image, you can only select the logo thats sized to fit the whole screen. and also that layer is moveable when it should be locked and only allowing replacement. This was different than it was behaving when I made this a couple weeks ago and replacing the images in the grid was seemless.  Also it would be very helpful if you could shift click on layers in th

Only used Adobe Express for two days now after a long lapse into Canva and Premiere -- and here is why. Day 2 showed no sign of my project from day before. Only by end of day did i use a history link and it appeared. Saved it as template as only option to manually save. Then come time to download hours of work and NO DOWNLOAD BUTTON. Refreshes make it appear and but it disappears too fast so NO DOWNLOADS.  Not to mention that you have to constantly RE-open uploads to access while working on same project. Lock it open!FIX THIS SOFTWARE OR PULL IT. Worst glitchy 2 days of software ever. And I’ve been paying $80+ / month for Suite for a decade plus and don’t know why any more.

When using the “caption video” shortcut, the captions aren’t actually there once I click “open in editor”. Usually I’m able to resize the captions, move them around, etc. but they are not showing up as a layer and are not visible on the video. I’ve tried restarting Express three times with no joy.

Since February 3, 2025, all Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn scheduled posts have failed to post. I have reconnected many times. 

Hello, I'm trying to download images from Express and the download will quickly progress to 90% and then get stuck and will never download. There's no error message.  These are images created from 'text to image'. I thought it might be due to being out of generative credits but my plan should allow 1000? I have tried multiple files which all have the same problem and have tried clearing cache and restarting browser. 

When multiselecting videos, after every selection it scrolls the view all the way back to some of the first clips. Unintuitive but probably unintentional, hopefully the next express update features a select all, drag to select, and removes the non optional return to start "feature" See Video Attached

After multiselecting 5 .3 videos of still images uploaded from my 25 ultras camera, animate struggles to process and ultimately fails on all tested modes, turning the last clip in the scene from .3 seconds to 5. In Adobe Express, when I upload portrait videos into Adobe Express, I can resize ok, but if I try the adjustment tools (brightness, contrast, etc), the video rotates 90' and warps the szie. I've tried multiple browsers (Chrome + Brave). Using the web version. on Windows 11.Note. It's infuriating I can't get actual support given I'm on a paid plan for adbove express. (at least that I can find). if this does exist, please do let me know. wasting an hour lookng for support just finding this page!

I have created a slideshow for instagram, Project 1. I then duplicated this and changed its name to Project 2. I have spend time updating the content, but when I return to project 2 it is exactly the same as Project 1. as if none of the work has been saved.I have cleared browser cache (Chrome), I have used a different browser (Safari) to login to Express, but still the same thing. Project 1 and Project 2 and exactly the same, no work has been saved. I have also restarted my Mac, logged-in again and still the same problem.I have also logged-in using the App on iPhone and again, the work on Project 2. is not visible. Any help would be appreciated.

Exporting to PDF with some Premium Templates results in some weird rendering behaviours. I am using Microsoft Edge Version 144.0.3719.104 (Official build) (64-bit) on Windows 11. The text is either not correctly in place when exporting or the elements (hidden to create an effect/design) are showing in the export. In other words, I can clearly see the composition of shapes, icons, or anything.
