Just create a video which have GB’s of video layers. The optimization and rendering of video is fine while its doing on web , but when it gives browser the downloadable file , the rate of download is around 50KB/s , which is around 6 hours to download a GB file.
I purchased a premium recharge from Airtel that offered a Free One Year Subscription Of Adobe Express Premium as part of the bundled offer. So, I created an adobe account using email id and I updated the same email id in my Airtel Thanks App.. Now when i try to login directly to my adobe express account, it doesn’t show that my plan has been upgradedANDwhen i login via the airtel app - i.e. click Manage or troubleshoot - it opens the adobe express app but other than that there is NO updated premium subscription option PING PONG Setup of Airtel & Adobe Partnership I checked with Airtel - they said its Adobe issue as on their Airtel App, it clearly shows active.. When I checked with Adobe support - they said its Airtel
When I choose from quick actions the option to Caption video, it loads for a moment, then just takes me back to the home screen. There is no explanation as to why it won’t complete the action.
I begin a new file, import a photo from Adobe Express, and attempt to work on it. As soon as I do, the entire image turns dark green. This began two days ago, and everything I have tried to do since has resulted in a solid green box replacing the image I selected. To verify that the problem isn’t related to Google Chrome I attempted the same procedure on Microsoft Edge with exactly the same results. Since I use Adobe Express multiple times a day for projects, this is creating a massive problem for me.
J’utilise Adobe express pour un dépliant et j’ai crée un QR code rattaché au lien en lecture seul.Depuis quelques temps, que ce soit en scannant le QR code ou en copiant collant simplement le lien en lecture seule sur un navigateur, rien ne s’affiche. I need to be able to PDF Print with bleeds and crop marks and it's giving me these awful downloads. How do we fix it? Is there anyone from Adobe Express that can help with tech support?When I uploaded the file to AI it said this:The problem — Adobe Express set the BleedBox to a massive 29"×32" area (essentially the same as the giant canvas MediaBox), and the CropBox was also the full canvas. So everything — the huge blue surround, the misplaced bleed, the buried crop marks — was all a side effect of Adobe Express exporting the entire design workspace rather than just the artboard.
Suddenly today the mobile adobe express does not open. It shows a white screen after trying to open it. After this I made sure I have the newest version of OS (iPhone 17 Pro, IOS 26.3.1.) and got the newest version of adobe express. Still cannot open it, only white screen shows. What’s the problem? And how to fix it fast?
I keep getting an Error when trying to download my project on AdobeExpress. "Technical Service Outage". It worked fine this morning. But now I can't download it?
After the most recent update on the Android app, almost every time I click on Remove Background I see, "Sorry, we were unable to remove background from this image. Please try re- uploading your asset". This rarely happened before, but now it's the only response I get to any image.

After completing my project it wont let me download it or order prints
Whenever I select Download and select multiple pages to export as an animated gif, the resulting dimension size is different to the set dimension of the pages. Not sure why this is happening. Single download works fine, just when bulk downloading. Ex. a 728 x 90 pixel animated banner = becomes 1254 x 156 pixels I also cannot select quality (Small, Medium, High) in bulk download (Selected pages and All Pages)

The Adobe Express web app crashes constantly; the app is unusable. It crashes every single time I open anything or try to use this web app. Very frustrated as I would like to use the very simple video editing capabilities and our organization pays for the entire CC suite. I have started using Canva as an alternative, which has never crashed on me. Here's what happens:I open the web app in Chrome or Edge on Windows computer managed by my organizationI don't do anything (just stay on homepage. no clicks, no open project, just wait)It crashes. Always. Been having isses with the app last couple weeks with the videos once downloaded in a project not loading....just the spinning icon....very frustrating when attempting to put a video project from multiple clips together...some load just fine while others don't....please advise.....screen recording attached...app is up to date....using A Samsung Galaxy Note + .... Android 12 operating system.

I created a 5-page animated portfolio presentation in Adobe Express. Earlier, the view-only link was generated successfully, but after deleting the old link and trying to create a new one, Adobe Express always shows this error:“We couldn't publish your link at this time.
