on ios the images and videos are neither getting replaced in templates nor getting uploaded separately even in libraries 

Weirdly this replace image issue now seems to be working for this specific template. I cant replicate it but in the screenshots of the post you can see the way the logo goes off screen when you replace it. We are still facing a similar issue on some of carousel templates. Your adobe express platform will not work unless conneced to a 5G network - it wont let me use my hotspot to work.  Unlike Canva which does. Secondly it uses so much of the prcoessor that it is very noticable.  Compared to opening an adobe app on my computer such as Ai - it sucks the life out of the pc, while your apps dont move the needle. Fix it.

Dear Adobe Express team,I work with technical data sheet tables and during the export to pdf, somehow coloured table lines gets out of the border, part of the text falls outside the defined frames. Could you please fix this issue? Caption Video stuck on 17%, tried on both mobile and web, same issue even after clearing cache and force stopping. 

Last week, there was a update posted to the uservoice forum for the Express Idea: Utilize custom shapes to crop/mask images that stated that a new function should be available now to upload a number of different image types, including PNG, SVG, JPG, AI, PSD to your Brand and when you go to apply a Crop to an image, you should now see the shapes appear as crop/mask options. I am not seeing any difference in my interface. I already had a good number of transparent PNG’s in my Brand Kit, and they are not appearing as options. Additionally, I uploaded a new SVG and that, too, is not appearing as a crop/mask shape option. Others in that above linked thread are reporting the same inability.  

Something changed over the weekend with the replace feature for images, when I try to replace our Spectrum News logo in this template, the text box gets positioned smaller and moved down very far out of frame. you can see in the second and third photo when I replaced the image just how far down the canvas it moves after I replace the image. even though they are sized the same. we are having similar issuers in a static template for Instagram where the logos that are sized the same appear to double in size when replaced . This is very frustrating that the replace feature is not reliable and keeps having issues. See my other bug report for adjacent issue. Please contact us and help with a fix asap as we are rolling these templates out to the wider teams this week. 

When scanning the QR code via the phone's camera, the tracking redirects to the Instagram app, but instead of opening the specified profile from the link, it only opens the app to the main feed.I tested with different links to various profiles and they all exhibit the same behavior. Other QR codes for different links, such as websites and Facebook profiles, work correctly.This issue seems to have started today.

I was tasked with creating a QR Code that would open a new email addressed to multiple recipients. I initially tried InDesign but it did not like the multiple addresses. I tried Adobe Express and discovered there are two different Generate QR Code windows. I copied the same mailto link into both and one worked and the other did not.  First Window - QR Code did not work:Click on "Generage QR Code" from Home Second Window - QR Code Worked!Open or create a document. In the search field, type in "code" and click on "Generate QR Code" Example mailto code: Replace email address and test for yourself.mailto:Email1@address.com,Email2@address.com,Email3@address.com,Email4@address.com?subject=Add Subject Line&body= Please fix so that either method work.

1) When copying a hex value and pasting it on the color editor, creates a new field text on the image editor instead of pasting it on the hex value field. 2) Copying a text field in an image (box). Pasting will not work

I’m able to open the app, but I’m unable to open any existing files or create a new project. The screen stays on the loading page. I also tried reinstalling the app, but the issue persists.My iOS version is 26.2.1.

I’m a big fan of Adobe Express Webpage, but I’m currently running into an issue. I’m no longer able to remix a webpage I’ve created. When clicking the button the feature appears for half seconds and goes back to the main menu 

Hi, My colleague is trying to share a brand folder with me. I’ve received the email invitation, however, when I click open to collaborate, an image of a lock appears on the screen. There is also no way of viewing it when I select ‘brand’ through the other methods and it says that nothing has been shared.  I’m on a free premium trial until May and my colleague is also on a premium account. Any help greatly appreciated. Many thanksJenn 

I can no longer see the ‘Brands’ folder that I created under ‘Your stuff’.The only way I can see it is if I start a new piece of artwork, and ‘Brands’ only then appears down the left side bar, but without control over the folder.I’m logged into the correct account, I’ve logged out / in, tried incognito, tried another browser but it’s still the same.I’m still a ‘premium member’ and I created these templates for colleagues to use. Now I’ve created a new template, I can’t seem to add it as it just doesn’t seem to exist anymore.I’ve tried searching for it, adding it to my library but the editing capabilities are no longer there.Is there a way this can be recovered so it fully appears again?

I created this page through Spark when working at my old job that is now showing up as a 404. This was used as a big marketing tool for our program and was linked through several online locations. Is there any way to restore it? I no longer work in that department and don’t think I can get access to the account which I used to create it. If there is any way to restore this page from your end, that would be amazing and HIGHLY appreciated. Hallo.ich habe meine alten Page Seiten mit Express synchronisiert. Hat alles super geklappt. Bis auf ein einziges Projekt. Dieses lässt sich nicht konvertieren und nach dem Öffnen werden die Inhalte auch nicht angezeigt. Auch sind die Projekte nicht mehr in der alten Adobe Spark Page App auffindbar. Scheint mit der Synchro gelöscht worden zu sein?! Wie dem auch sei. Die Seite ist natürlich sehr wichtig für mich und ich habe nun die Befürchtung, dass alle Inhalte davon im Nirvawa gelandet sind. Ich hoffe mir kann jemand helfen 😃 Vielen Dank.Gruß Alex

I have been trying to make short, animated videos from voice files using the "Animate Characters" feature but keep receiving the error message: "We were unable to contact our service. Please try again later. (Error code: INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR)."

Hi, I have a project to create a presentation using Adobe Express. Today, while I was testing to see what my project could look like, I tried to upload some audio for a character to say. It gave me the "Internal Server Error" and the "Submission Error". I'm not sure why I've been given this, and lots of searching later I'm still not sure of the reason &#x1f605 The file was 413KB, and only 1.55 min long, which was under the 2 minutes and 1GB limit. I'm using my university account, and as far as I know, I've updated to the right version. I'm using the application in a Chrome browser, and have tried clearing my history, cache and cookies. If someone could help asap that would be great since this project is due next Friday and I still have a lot to do. 

Animate from Audio is giving me this error: HELP!!!! We use this every day at my school for announcements!!!

I create a POST and am unable to name the file or save it to a folder, i also can't see it in recent files unless i 'go back' in my browser. I now have to completely rebuild my POST!!! Same issue with desktop version on a MAC
