How to Report a Bug in the Adobe App Community

Run into something not working in Adobe Express? Let’s tackle it together.
Sharing bugs helps our product teams understand what’s happening, reproduce issues, and fix them faster. This guide shows you how to create a clear, helpful report with no technical expertise needed.
Before you start
Check to see if someone’s already spotted the same issue in the community. If you find a matching post, add your vote, and add your experience in the thread! This keeps everything in one place, helps our team connect the dots, and solve things faster.
Note: Duplicate posts may be merged into a main thread so you can check one spot for updates!

A few helpful tips
- Report one issue per post. This makes it easier to track and resolve.
- Avoid using technical shortcuts or abbreviations—plain language is best.
- If something changes after an update, mention the last version where it worked correctly.
What happens next?
Adobe staff may make small updates to your post, such as refining the title or adding or updating tags, to help make it more accessible to others. Adobe staff and Community Experts may also ask to follow up questions to clarify the issue. If the problem can be reproduced, its status will be updated. Any bug report may be moved to Questions if they are related to product usage or need additional details.
Vote: Voting helps teams understand impact—if others are seeing the same issue, encourage them to vote as well.
