Microphone muted unable to create voiceover

Windows 11, chrome, Adobe Express web. Unable to record voiceover during content creation. Error showing my mic is muted. I can record to the animate character feature. Microphones work on all other apps on pc as well. I have included screen recordings one of it not working with voiceover and one with it working on animate character.

Hey David appreciate the response. I chatted in and went through ts up remote access where the agent attempted a litany of methods. Wound up sending the browser logs to figure out the issue. I am awaiting response from what I presume is being escalated, I will update here once resolved.

Have also restarted pc, cleared cookies & Cache, different USB ports

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. I haven't heard of this issue before, but I have some general suggestions. Could you test these and see if they help
- Try recording from a different browser

- Try recording from a different Mic or second entry for the same mic
- Check the settings listed here: https://adobe.ly/40FEjd8
