画像編集画面でテキストを入力すると半角アルファベット以外変換されない。 パソコン画面右下のIME？（あ/Aのところ）が×になっている。

Can you please share a screen recording of the issue for us to understand better and investigate it? Also, have you tried entering text in a different font? Can you try working on a different recommended browser or their incognito/private browsing mode once to check if that makes any difference?
