작업물을 다운로드 할 수 없습니다. 어떻게 해도, 재시작하고 부팅을 해도 계속해서 파일을 작업중이라면서 다운로드 할 수 없습니다. 이러면 아예 이 프로그램을 유료로 쓰는 의미가 없지 않나요? 몇 일 전에 같은 문제로 버그 신고했는데 왜 답이 없나요!

    We're sorry to hear about this. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to see if that helps. If you've installed a pop-up blocker, please try to disable it and check if this helps download the file.
