2 Factor Authentication Deleted Project

I just spent a very long time completing a project on Adobe Express, and when I clicked download, it had me sign in, which I did. It then took me to a 2 factor authentication window, which I completed. Then it took me to a new window that said Error with no explanation of what the error was, and closed out of the window I was doing the project on. I lost all work I did on my project, which I've been working on for the past 2 days.
