3 dots not working

I generally get a little pop up menu to delete or edit items but now when I click the three dots it just opens up the item. I can't delete it, which is what I wanted to do.

no, I'm good. I figured it out. I just needed to clear my cache and clean up a bit and it finally resolved itself.
