30 day trail...

Hi, Not sure if it's a bug or not but I can't seem to get my 30 day free trail to show up - it did once, but seems to have vanished. I went though to live help and they told me I didn't have a 30 day trial, I thought I did - but anyway I activated a new one using legman1965@hotmail.com using my facebook to login - it showed up for about 2 mins and has vanished... do I have a free trail or not? I made a mistake ealier signing in with my google account to create a free trial, but live help say that's not active either - trial should be active under legman1965@hotmail account, the other google account attempted by mistake is bingogodz65@gmail.com - I just don't want to have two active trials so I can keep track of payments when trail ends.
