404 Error When Trying to Share "View Only Link"

HELP!  I made a presentation on Adobe Express and when I share the "View Only Link" the link does not work. It takes you to a 404 error - Page not found, try refreshing the browser or checking the URL". 

I've tried refreshing the page, clicking the "update link" button and trying it again, I've tried it in Chrome, and an Incognito window in Chrome and on Microsoft Edge, the same result with the 404 error every single time. I need to get this presentation shared with others who don't have the Adobe suite asap. How can I get this view only link working?!
