A problem with uploading files from my devices

Hi! I have a problem with uploading files from my devices. It worked 4 days ago, but not now. Please, could you help with that?

 

  1. Version of the app - the last , premium. web
  2. Platform and OS version -  Windows, Edge
  3. Basic steps to reproduce the problem - I choose video -> YouTube shorts -> Your stuff -> Upload from device -> select a video file from my device (I tried different files from different devices)-> open -> and a green window appeared that the file has been uploaded, but it is not in the folder
  4. Expected result and actual result - I want to upload a video on Adobe Express, but there is a bug that prevents this.

We're sorry to hear about this. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.

 

If this doesn't help, can you please share the screen recording of the issue or share the video file with me via private message?
