A QR code generated in Adobe Express, with tracking enabled, is not directing to the respective Instagram profile.

When scanning the QR code via the phone's camera, the tracking redirects to the Instagram app, but instead of opening the specified profile from the link, it only opens the app to the main feed.

I tested with different links to various profiles and they all exhibit the same behavior. Other QR codes for different links, such as websites and Facebook profiles, work correctly.

This issue seems to have started today.

    I’m having the same issue. This is a QR code that has been in use for months and we are using it on all our boxes and printed materials. Our other QR codes (Facebook, website, portfolio...) are working just fine. Help, please!

    Unfortunately, it looks like it's an Instagram thing. And the worst part is, they don't fix it.

    I’m having the same issue. I even tried to generate the code with the Instagram app and the problem persists. I need to send a media to print and this issue keeps me waiting.

    I'd really love to see Adobe prioritizing this issue. People like us who work with their tools are having problems with deliverables. That's not cool.

    To be fair, It seems to be a problem on Instagram side, not Adobe
