Add new scene button unreliable on iPad iPadOS 26.0.1

iPadOS 26.0.1 Express v29.1.1

When adding a new scene, the 'add new scene' option from the + button to the right of the last scene doesn't work reliably. If I tap it normally (quickly), nothing happens and the option box disappears. I found that I have to hold the option for a second or so for it to work and add a new scene.

Seems to be any project but I've only tried the insta reel preset. Seems to only be iPad specific too, iPhone doesn't seem to show the same issue.
I created a screen recording. You can see the scene doesn't get added if I tap normally. If I hold the add scene button longer, it adds it ok.

Please make sure your iPad and Adobe Express app are updated to the latest versions, as some tap-related issues are resolved in updates. Also, if possible, could you share a short screen recording showing the issue? This will help our engineering team investigate further.
