Add-Ons

Hi, When looking at my Adobe Express either on the Web or Desktop Edition for Windows 11, I do not see an icon for Add-Ons on the left hand menu, I wanted to try out the new Tick-Tock AI Integration, but as the Add-Ons button is not available I am unable to see this
