Adobe chat ending without response.

 Is this the standard of support from Adobe? Express has been acting up, and instead of getting work done I am being ignored by the support agents.

Hi @KW332545326cme, sorry for any frustration caused. Are you still unable to edit in Adobe Express? Was it a specific feature or tool that was not functioning properly? In such cases, I'd suggest you try working once in incognito mode to see if that makes any difference. If the app works properly in incognito/private mode, you can then clear your browser's cache/cookies and continue working in regular browsing mode. Let us know if that works for you. Thank you ^CA
