ADOBE EXPRESS FEATURES IS FREE LIFETIME. after 3 days use , message appears storage is full remove files. My storage is empty . Asking to pay to upgrade . Is it free or not ?

Hello! Yes, it is free,but there is a storage limit. With the free plan you get 5GB of storage, with the premium you get 100GB. See this page for a comparison of al lthe features: https://www.adobe.com/express/pricing

If you are running out of storage you can manually delete files that you will no longer be using. Check for any files that count towards your storage limit here: https://assets.adobe.com
Check also the deleted files section - files are permanently deleted after 30 days, so if you have files here you no longer need, delete them.
