Adobe Express addon "Headshots" does not allow me to select or download the images

Hi,

On March 7 2024, I paid for the Headshots addon to generate headshots based on 10 pictures of me that I uploaded. On March 10 I logged into Adobe Express and found the Headshots app had generated images for me. However I cannot select or download them. Nor can I drag them to a new page in Express.

I have tried this in Edge and Chrome on a laptop, and also the actual Express app but these do not work. It's frustrating that I paid money for this app and it doesn't deliver what it says.

Please help me to download the images I want to use.

This shouldn't happen; as add-ons are third-party tools integrated into Adobe Express, each add-on would have its own support channel. I suggest you contact HEADSHOTS at https://adobe.ly/43DPxBN, as mentioned under their Help & support details in Adobe Express, and let them know about your issue with their tool.

They will be well-equipped to help you out.

Hi,

On Friday March 7 2024, I paid for the Headshots add on to generate headshots for me. I uploaded the minimum of 10 pictures and later received an email that the AI had finished generating them. On Monday March 10 2024, I logged into my Adobe Express account via both Edge and Chrome on my PC and there is no way to select or download the images. Neither can I drag and drop them to a page. I also tried the same in the actual Adobe Express app but that doesn't work either.

Please help me to download the images I want.
