Hi @kylie_3503, can you confirm the device and browser you're using to work? Also, please confirm if other Adobe Express tools are working fine for you and if it's just the Animate Character that is having issues. If possible, please share a screenshot of the workflow for us to check.
I have tried this on every possible device imaginable. I have tried it on an iPad Pro, iPhone 15 Pro, a desktop PC running Windows, my work HP PC running windows and it won’t work on any of these devices. My internet connection is stable. I get the same error on all devices. I have attached the images of the error to this email. I tried it through my work login and through a gmail login I created too. I get the same error on both. I tested other AI generated options in Express such as image generation and it works fine.
