Adobe Express app crahes when i tey to upload an audio file to one of my projects

It's actually really annoying, as I am trying to push out some projects to post to social media. But if the app keeps crashing when I try to insert an audio file into a project I'm working on, then my creativity is going to go nowhere!

I tried to screen record what I'm talking about, but that was unsuccessful, so you're going to have to believe me.

No error messages, it just crashes and boots me out of that app when I try to import a file into my project. I mostly complete my Adobe Express projects on my phone, which is a Motorola g stylus model, however I exported my projects on the desktops version, but that was during college, so I'm limited to unsung the mobile version. I also doubt that duplicating the project will work, because the ongoing issue continues to persist. The current app version is 26.7.2

We're sorry to hear about this. Please let us know the make and model of your mobile device. Do you get any error messages? Did you try using the web to see if that is working? Is it happening with all the audio files or with a specific one which is not working? 

 

Try duplicating the file or restarting the device to see if that helps.
