Adobe Express App for iOS can only open the app but can not open existing files or open a new work

I’m able to open the app, but I’m unable to open any existing files or create a new project. The screen stays on the loading page. I also tried reinstalling the app, but the issue persists.

My iOS version is 26.2.1.

    Exactly the same: ‘getting everything ready’

    Can’t open my projects

    Thankfully not just me! Phew - I thought I’d lost everything

    I have exactly the same issue. I can’t open any of my existing projects.

    I still can not open my files or create a new project via app😵‍💫

    Just gone back to Express after a while and I’ve resubscribed. 
     

    when I try to edit anything, program just hangs, as per screen shot.  
     

    solutions?
