Adobe Express App will not load any documents on iphone

I have been using the Adobe Express app for years and all of a sudden im unable to load any documents or templates. When I try opening a document, the screen with the loading image freezes. I am unable to load any new, existing files or Adobe templates.
I have tried refreshing the app, deleting the app and re-downloading it, deleting the storage and data in the 'general' settings and turning my phone on and off again as well as signing out of my Adobe account and signing back in to try to fix the issue. I have checked and my software is all up to date for the app as well as iPhone. I'm still facing the same problem of the files freezing when I try to load them and it has been going on for over 2 weeks now.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated as I love this app and I'm really behind in my workload not being about to use it.
