Adobe Express audio cuts off at end

Hello!

My students created video files of their presentations (we used "video" on Express -- not "presentation" option).

The imported screen shots of their slides (from Google Slides) and recorded their narration for each slide.

After publishing their videos, in every one of them, the video ends and cuts off the narration of probably about 10-15 seconds of the slide.

Here is an example:  https://express.adobe.com/video/RPI7v8DPNu39p

Does anyone know why?  Could it be because I had them delete the "Credits" and "Outro" slides?  Or is it a file size issue?

I searched online and could not find an answer for Adobe Express specifically.

Thank you for any help you can provide.

Hi there.
I'm facing the same issue. The audio gets truncated by a few seconds prior to the end of the clip(in the downloaded file). During Editor runtime, it plays till the end. Any fixes yet?

Hi @devaratib30999051,

Welcome to our Adobe Express Community! This shouldn't be happening. Could you please share the project ID with us, granting us access to edit via a community DM, so we can investigate this further?

Hey Karen,

Thanks for bringing this to our notice; we are sorry for the trouble, as this shouldn't happen. We were able to replicate this issue on our end and will be sharing this with the engineering team. We'll keep you posted once we hear from the team.

Also, I'd like to inform you that deleting the 'Outro' and 'Credit' slide doesn't hamper the narration

Your patience is appreciated.

Regards,

Amitej
