Adobe Express Brand library deleted

I thought it was strange yesterday that my entire brand library was deleted from Express. I reuploaded my assets, fonts, and color themes only to find today that they were again wiped clean. Please help.

Thx Chaimaa,

They had disappeared from the Brands icon on the left hand navigation but I found it under Librarties and reshared with my login and refreshed. It appeared again once I signed out and back in again. thx

Hi, my brand has disappeared as well. Only PTK Basic is left, the main brand with all assets and templates has gone.

Ensure that you're signed into the correct Adobe account. Sometimes, if you're logged into a different account, your assets might not appear. Double-check to confirm that your Adobe ID matches the one linked to your brand assets.

Sometimes clearing your browser cache or the app’s temporary files may help reset any local synchronization issues.

You can also try checking on incognito tab to see if the problem persists.
