Adobe Express Brand library deleted

I thought it was strange yesterday that my entire brand library was deleted from Express. I reuploaded my assets, fonts, and color themes only to find today that they were again wiped clean. Please help.

Thx Chaimaa,

They had disappeared from the Brands icon on the left hand navigation but I found it under Librarties and reshared with my login and refreshed. It appeared again once I signed out and back in again. thx

Great to hear that you found your Brands again and got everything working after re-sharing and refreshing! If anything else comes up or you need help, please let me know anytime. 😊

Hi, my brand has disappeared as well. Only PTK Basic is left, the main brand with all assets and templates has gone.

Hello @PTK Host Marketing, sorry for any frustration caused.

Do these load when you're in incognito mode?

    Do the libraries load here?

    Hi @Carley5D5E.

Ensure that you're signed into the correct Adobe account. Sometimes, if you're logged into a different account, your assets might not appear. Double-check to confirm that your Adobe ID matches the one linked to your brand assets.

Sometimes clearing your browser cache or the app’s temporary files may help reset any local synchronization issues.

You can also try checking on incognito tab to see if the problem persists.

Let me know how it goes, and if you need further assistance please share a screen recording if the problem persists.

    Thanks ^CA
