Adobe Express Branding Font not showing when editing AI Generated Templates

I have created a brand and uploaded my own fonts. Now I am testing out the Generate Template feature, every time I try to generate a template using the Branding, the preview of the template appears correctly, then I click on Edit Template and the text on the template does not appear, it is as if the text is transparent. Also each text box has an ! next to it.

The text is there in the text box, in fact if I change the font to one of the defaults it appears.

    Dear Tarun,

    Thank you for getting back to me. Here are the details requested: 
     

    1. It only happens with AI Generated Templates
    2. AdobeExpress on the Browser, Using Windows 11 and Chrome Browser. 
    3. It is my own Brand Kit created through My Stuff - Projects. The Brand kit is shared with my colleagues.
    4. The screen recoding is attached.

    Did you try opening the other AI-generated template to see if shows the text in the editor? Try using another browser to check if that helps?

     

    If the above-mentioned steps don't work,  please make sure that the network endpoints listed on https://adobe.ly/4a7ZI2M are allowed.

    1. Does this happen only with AI‑generated templates, or also with designs created manually?
    2. Are you using Express on desktop web or mobile, and which browser/OS?
    3. Is the Brand Kit yours, or shared through a Team or Enterprise account?
    4. Can you share a screen recording of the issue to assist you better?

    This information will help us narrow down whether this is specific to AI generation, brand permissions, or font resolution.
