Adobe express bug

Bonjour, depuis le 20 janvier, l appli ne fonctionne plus, elle s ouvre, mais quand on choisis un format, un écran blanc s affiché et..plus rien!
Les mises à jour ont été faites et j utilise la version pro.

Which opens a new blank page, which is correct:

And go to File, Start a New File, which will give you a blank canvas for you to add art elements

Double-check if you have enough space on Cloud? If you don't have enough space, this is one of the reasons. Clear space up as well, I would clear your history, cache and cookies of your web browser.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

If the above-mentioned steps don't work,  please make sure that the network endpoints listed on https://adobe.ly/4a7ZI2M are allowed.
