Adobe Express Bug - Aug 2025

Why does Adobe Express keep giving errors when I have antivirus on? Is there some kind of silent malware embedded in it? Can someone explain to me how Canva works in free mode with all my antivirus on, and to create a simple thumbnail with Adobe Express, I have to turn off both the antivirus software and the browser's custom protections? Do I need to pay extra for Canva to work with minimal security? If so, then I should just migrate to Affinity, right?

Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know what error message you're getting while creating a thumbnail on Adobe Express? Can you share a screenshot of the error message? 

 

Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
