adobe express bugs

repetitive time out errors trying to use quick actions, offline usage, text to MY image...none working. maybe I should wait til program is out of beta before paid subscription

I am experiencing the same issue. It keeps saying I am offline in Adobe Express:

 

 

How do I fix this?
