Adobe Express: Can't Download

We have a premium account but now AdobeExpress says I cannot download my old projects because they contain paid content. I see there are a lot of folks out there with a similar issue. What's the fix, Adobe? Thank you.

    Adobe, I have a similar issue. I travel the world for my work, which includes MANY locations that do not have connection to the internet (including very poor sections of Africa0. Why have you decided to make this program not downloadable? Why should I pay for a service I can only use in a limited capacity? I need to be able to take this with me. What's your solution?

    Most of users run into this issue because their old project used a font which is now a premium font.

     

    Can you try to change the font in your project and try downloading again?

     

    Also, are you an EDU user by any chance?
