Adobe express cant be reached

Hello, 

 

i always get this error when i try open adobe express:

 

This site can’t be reached

The web page at https://new.express.adobe.com/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

ERR_FAILED
 
I tried close the VPN, toggle of and on graphics acceleration . nothing works

Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, please let us know when you have been seeing it. Have you recently installed any third-party plugins or extensions on your browser? Try to disable the firewall first and see if that helps. Otherwise, you can also update your firewall and, after rebooting the device, check how it goes.
