it seems like this is a bug? I am having the same issue today. Gets to 17% then freezes.

Hello @chaimaa.7 and @mahmoud_5524

It's working now. It must have been temporary bug but seems resolved now. Thank you for swift action team.

Hello mahamoud,

Good day, yes we are using edge and we switched to chrome and brave still same. Mp4 format and the file size is 13.5 mb and another video 50.6 mb. Two videos got the same output. Checked with the previous video which worked already and now it's stuck.

Thanks in advance

Hello @the_one_company_3197.

Thank you for sharing these details— that’s incredibly helpful. Since the captioning feature is freezing even with videos that previously worked, we suspect this may be a temporary issue or a bug. We’ve escalated the issue to our engineering team, and they are actively investigating it. In the meantime, we recommend a few additional steps: try duplicating the project and re-uploading the video from scratch, slightly compressing the video to see if a smaller size helps. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’ll keep you informed as soon as we have any updates.

Regards,

Chaimaa
