Adobe Express color problem

Hello, I discovered a bug in adobe express.

It's a bug related to "changing the color of text and shapes." I'll explain what kind of bug it is.

 

First, I've confirmed that this bug occurs unconditionally.

Next, I'll explain when this happens. This is "when I tap on the shape, text, or color change area."

Finally, the bug occurs when the white area at the bottom pops up for just a moment, and then you are returned to the original operation selection (this refers to the area where you select text or shapes). Or, it doesn't appear at all, and you can't use the menu below.

 

This bug seems like a big deal to some designers.

I just cleared the app's cache and data completely, restarted it, and confirmed that the issue was fixed.

I would like to thank the Adobe employees and community members for their help in fixing the bug.

Didn't check changing colour on text or other objects as it was so late for me, but I've got the same problem as you. 

 

Seems to be tied to changing colour, also changing border on shapes. Everything else seems to work.

Background color change not working. Any suggestions?

어도비 익스프레스에서 배경 등의 색상을 변경하려고 색상 버튼을 누르면 버튼이 응답하지 않습니다.

 

색상버튼이 아닌 다른 버튼을 잘 작동하는데, 이상하게 글씨를 클릭 후 색상 버튼을 누르면 색상이 바뀝니다.

 

왜그런건가요? 제가 그 모습을 담은 영상을 첨부해놓았습니다.

Please share the device make and model, the installed OS version, and the Adobe Express app version. It'll help us reproduce this issue and conduct further investigation. 

Also, thanks for sharing the screen recording and mentioning the steps you've tried. Can you check once if reinstalling the app makes any difference?

In my case, I was able to change the background color, but I had other problems. I'll send you a clip (about 1 minute).

Fonts, colors, elements, none of it are loading and it's even taking forever to save, sometimes not even able to save. Issue has been persistent for hours.

Same problems. Adobe says everything is just fine. Its not and Adobes response to problems is also unacceptable. Shame. No longer worth the investment when Adobe is actively sabotaging productivity on an industrial scale.

Got the same problem. Can't change the background color as the menu disappears. I can get the menu back by adding a page or something, but it disappears again as soon as I tap on the icon to change background color.

 

I tried everything to get it to work without success.

 

Got the same app and android version as OP.

Thank you for reporting this, and no worries at all about your English; it’s clear and helpful.

 

We understand the issue you’re describing: the color menu briefly appears and then disappears, preventing you from changing text or shape colors. That isn’t expected behavior and could definitely impact design workflows.

Thanks for sharing app version, OS, and device details; they’re helpful. I’ll share this with the team for investigation. If possible, a short screen recording showing the behavior would help us identify the cause more quickly.
