adobe express connection failed

good day

 

kindly note that i am unable to perform any work within adobe express due to connection interrupted error, neither am i able to manage any of my plans through the browser, fails to pull through information.

 

this is experienced on windows 11 laptop  with the latest version of adobe express from windows store.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

If the above steps don't help, try resetting the network settings in the control panel and let us know if that helps or not.
