Adobe express content scheduler doesn’t work at all

My done express content scheduler doesn't work. Why make a feature or service if it doesn't work and you don't know how to fix it..? This is embarrassing. Adobe needs to do better! All the support staff doesn't even know how to fix it and others have been reporting the same bug and nothing is being done smh

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Can you provide more details about what kind of issue you're having with the scheduler, and what bug you're encountering? Are you getting any kind of error message? Would it be possible to share a video screen capture of the issue? If you've already been working with support, would it be possible to share a case number for reference?
