Adobe Express - Cover Images Broken

In adobe express cover images for new "Webpages" are not working. I use these for proposals and it looks terrible if I text, or share a link and it shows up with a broken image.. Any way to fix this asap? Thank you!

Can you access the web pages? Have you tried using another browser, such as Google? What happens when you use the incognito mode? Can you share a screenshot of your cover image for the new webpages?
