Adobe Express crashing on the logo browser screen

Adobe express crashing opened pdf and tried open express it jst opened web page and stayed there, no buttons to press etc.  I followed all the instructions on thr people google help suggestions.  uipdate all apps (they were up to date) restarted.  Turned off all adobe in task manager went back turned on made no difference.
