Adobe express delete my created folders

Adobe expres deleted my created folders, can anyone help me to know how to recover my folders?

Thank you, Turan! It is nowhere on my menus, and unfortunately the "owner" is out on leave for 3 weeks, so I can not ask her if she is seeing the Project that is missing.

Yes, I am logged in with the same Adobe ID I use and I was invited with to the folders. I did not create the folders. Someone else on our team did.

 

I use the the desktop version of Adobe Express, and I do not see any deleted files in my stuff.

Please answer a few more questions below-

 

Has that person changed their Adobe ID, left the team, or modified sharing permissions? Were you added as a collaborator or co-owner? Have you tried switching between “Shared with You” and “All Projects” views? Have you checked the “Deleted” or “Archived” section under “Your Stuff”? Can the original creator still see the project and its files?

 

 If possible, ask the person who created the project to re-share it or check if it was deleted or moved. Log out of Adobe Express, clear your browser or app cache, and log back in to refresh your project list.

Hi David_B Adobe Employee,

One of our "Projects" have dissappeared. We had two and only one of them is showing when I have "All" selected. Did the Adobe Express update delete some Projects? I have searched for files that were in the Project and I can also find none. I thought this would get me to the missing Project and it's files and folders, but nothing has worked. Thank you for your help!

Thanks for reaching out—and I’m really sorry to hear about the missing folders. I know how frustrating it can be to lose access to your work unexpectedly.

To help us troubleshoot this, could you please confirm the following:

  1. Are you logged in with the same Adobe ID you used when creating the folders?
  2. Have you checked the “Deleted” section under https://new.express.adobe.com/your-stuff?
  3. Are you using Adobe Express on desktop, mobile, or both?

To confirm, did you create a folder by the name of Archives? If not, can you tell me more about the process of how you did it? Also, check this link and see if you'd find your deleted folder- https://adobe.ly/3FKQbnL.

the only procedure I have done is to open and close my session and my files and folders keep disappearing.

Hi @MarketingSolinco

Based on your screenshot it looks like these are Projects rather than folders. 

Projects are usually set up when you want to collaborate with others on multiple designs. Folders are set up for organizing designs.  Are you working collaboratively or setting these up for organization?

Yes I have been careful to log in with the correct profile but I see that my files and folders keep disappearing.

on monday i went out to lunch and when i came back all my folders and files in adobe express were gone, i have been re-creating the folders and re-creating my files.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. I had a few related questions. Are there missing files too or only folders? Did the folders go missing when you performed a specific process? Would it be possible to share a screenshot?
