Adobe Express DESTROY my images!

All my hard work is completely wasted when I send it to Adobe Express!

I have been working on Photoshop web, as it is the only way to run Adobe decently on Linux. But I still don't know why the images only download in PNG, and I need them in JPG.

I even thought the problem was my browser, so I tried them all - Brave, Firefox, Librewolf, Waterfox, Mullvad. But Adobe wants to force me to use Chrome. I ONLY USE CHROME WITH A VPN! That's when nothing works at all!

So I try to open it directly from Photoshop web in Adobe Express. ADOBE EXPRESS SIMPLY DESTROYS MY IMAGES. THE QUALITY IS POOR!

This won't work Adobe, FREE PHOTOPHEA IS BETTER THAN YOUR WEB APPS! FREE CANVA IS BETTER THAN ADOBE EXPRESS!

Hi @AnavrinN, Welcome to our Adobe Express community!

Sorry to hear about the frustration. Could you please share a few more details so we can help investigate this better? What exactly happens when you transfer your images from Photoshop Web to Express. Does the quality drop immediately on upload, or after exporting from the Express app?

Also, are you noticing the issue only with certain file types or sizes? Does it happen with all the images transferred? If you use any image directly on the Express app, does it also suffer quality loss?

I'd also suggest you to make sure your browser is updated to its latest official version (not beta), and try clearing cache/cookies or using an incognito/private window to rule out browser conflicts.

We really appreciate you taking the time to share this. Your input helps us identify areas where the experience can be improved.
