Adobe Express does not recognize Premium User Accounts allowing more character account!! Argh

I have a new client and am suppose to scheule posts across 4 platforms.  I thought I would use Adobe Express and stay in the family - but Express will not recognize my clients Premium X Subscription in the schedduling app.  It only recognizes 250 character count. If you have an X Premium Subscription you get up to 25000 characters!  I now look like an idiot trying to push this product for my clients use, and looks like I can not use express to schedule everything.
