When downloading a project it is always stuck in "We're working on your file, you'll be able to download it soon

I'm one of Alicia's Technology Specialists, here's a Google Doc with a couple of links, Project.

I've personally tried all of the suggestions and I still can't get it to download.

No, the mail icon is missing in Edge as well.

Hey @alicia_4521, please check the top right corner of our community page and select the Mail icon to access your community DMs. (screenshot attached for reference)

Thank you for testing the troubleshooting that you have tried so far. Would it be possible to create a duplicate instance of the file with the issue and share a link with us privately? We'll try recreating the issue ourselves, and if we're able to reproduce it, we will share it with our developers. I'll send you a direct message here on the forums to share the link.

I have tried all the tricks in this thread, but the file still will not download. "We are working on your file" -- It's been three days.

If your Adobe Express project is stuck for hours, it could be due to a heavy project size, a browser glitch, or temporary server delay. First, try switching browsers (like Chrome or Firefox), clearing your cache, or using the mobile app if you’re currently on desktop. Also, try downloading the project in a different format (like JPG or PNG instead of video or PDF) to see if that works. If none of these help, please let us know what device and platform you’re using, and whether this happens with all files or just one — a screenshot or screen recording would also help us investigate further.

Hey @6629993 Duretz, Welcome to our Adobe Express community! Can you please provide more details on the file type (PDF, MP4, JPG, or PNG) and whether you can download other files or they also fail to download as this specific one? Does your file have any blank layers? 

Let us know so we can investigate this further.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Did you try reloading the browser? Also, it could be that an asset you had added failed to upload or is still uploading. There should be a red warning sign or orange icon on that asset on the page. In that case, you can try to re-add that asset (delete and re-add, or replace with the same source) and then try again downloading the project.

 

Let us know if that helps. If not, can you share the project URL with edit access to investigate further?
