Adobe Express download failure

I am trying to download an mp4 file but it's getting stuck at 20% and returns attached error. When trying to upload to Google Drive it stops at 96% Please assist, file is needed urgently and does not include stock images.

We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please share the screenshot of the error message? Did you try duplicating the file and try downloading it again to check if that helps?
