Adobe Express Error

Hi,

I am signed up to Adobe through the company and when I use Adobe Express for the first time I am getting an error message that kicks me out when i try to edit a newsletter.

I am not subscribed to the paid plans on Adobe Express but should be still abe to use the free templates.

Is there something that can be done to correct this?
