Adobe Express file Download Problem

Hello! When attempting to download an MP4 file for an Instagram reel, the attached error message is received. The progress bar gets stuck at 70% and says "Optimizing..." and then I get the "Download Failed" I have cleared my previous download history, cache and cookies in an attempt to resolve this issue and tried on another browser and even tried downloading directly to my phone with the adobe express app. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Same issue here. Downloading Adobe Express file to print and not use Zazzle gets stuck at 90%. Why not just add a simple print feature rather than pushing third party vendors on your paying customers?

    Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. If you've recently installed any third-party Plugins/Extension try disabling them and try again. If that doesn't help, try duplicating the file and see if that makes any difference.

    I have tried all those solutions.  I ended up using Canva to get it completed.  Thanks

    I tried both and still will not get past 70% before I get the download error.   Here is the link to the file.  Thank you for your help!

      Hi there,

       

      The original poster tried many of the common solutions. I would also try 

      - Test in incognito/private browsing mode -  https://adobe.ly/3UWgefX

      - Create a duplicate of the file and try downloading that instance


      If neither of these help, please post a URL to your file.

      It won't let me upload to google drive or one drive -- or create a view link. 

      I tried duplicating and it would not let me download the duplicate either.
