adobe express gets stuck and shows only white screen in mobileapp/Iphone

Suddenly today the mobile adobe express does not open. It shows a white screen after trying to open it. After this I made sure I have the newest version of OS (iPhone 17 Pro, IOS 26.3.1.) and got the newest version of adobe express. 
 

Still cannot open it, only white screen shows. 
 

What’s the problem? And how to fix it fast?

Hi ​@Wellwell, That sounds frustrating!! 

Since you’ve already updated everything, this usually points to a temporary load or connection hiccup.

A couple of things worth trying:

  • Force close the app and reopen it
  • Restart your iPhone
  • Switch your internet (Wi-Fi ↔ mobile data)

Also, just curious if this happens every time you open the app, or did it suddenly start today?

Hi there! This doesn’t work it’s still showing an all white screen. For example I can click remove background and it works, then go to “remove object” and when it switches to that tool it goes all white along with every other tool. Screen goes all white and unable to edit anything. Additionally the app just restarts every other time when uploading to the quick action “remove background section” It’s been like this for months.. Pretty frustrating especially paying for a broken service.

Thank you for the detail! Two separate things seem to be happening:

White screen when switching tools This is something we'd want to escalate. Could you share:

  • What phone model and version you're on?
  • What version of Adobe Express you have installed?
  • A short screen recording of the white screen happening, if possible?

 

Remove Background crashes on upload: This is a known issue this week that our engineering team is actively working on a fix for. It's not something on your end so unfortunately the standard troubleshooting won't resolve it while the fix is in progress. Should be resolved soon!

 

Sorry you've been dealing with this for months - hopefully we can get you sorted!
