Adobe Express, I can't download my work.

Any time i try to download any file type of my work, it says error downloading, contact support. Tried different browsers, computers, cleared caches. Nothing works. I can't download anything

The logs associated with your account indicate an issue licensing certain Stock assets.

Are you using this image? And could you confirm if you have a paid account?
