Adobe Express is "Getting everything ready" for too long for all my files.

Tried refreshing, deleting storage, turned off ad-blocker. Not sure how to go about this because I cant edit or view anything I created on Adobe Express for the desktop. Home page loads just fine, files page loads perfect, but once I attempt to open it after clicking it's stuck. 😞

 

Appreciate any help of who had these issues before!

I can neither access old files nor make new ones. I finally "fixed" the issue by logging in to Adobe Express on another iMac. When I returned to my (usual) work laptop I could then see and access files. It is evidently some kind of cookie/surveillance endpoint issue with Adobe's servers.

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Are you seeing this exclusively with prior projects (as you mentioned in a reply to another thread) or new Express files as well?

Same issue here. Nothing changed my end. Tried different browsers, turned off VPN, allowed all cookies, triple-checked Littlesnitch for any blocked connections, nothing. This appears to be an issue with Adobe's cloud servers... yet another reason to switch over to Canva.
