Adobe Express is not optimized for this browser ....

I am running Adobe Express over Safari browser and I see a banner message: Adobe Express is not optimized for this browser version. Upgrade to the latest versions for optimized performance. I submit the "Upgrade Now" button and am taken to Apple support where I am offered a choice of 3 Safari browsers and all are older than 2015 release. (see below) when my browser is version 15.4 (17613.17.16). So it is confusing to identify what is the latest browser.
