Adobe express is not working through its full functionality.

I'm sorry I'm not doing this. I just was on the phone with a tech who told me I should accept mediocre results and that he you couldn't control your AI monster and that I had to send him pictures which I've done now you want me to go through more hoops to get an answer is Adobe express going to be working properly in the near future like today tomorrow or ever I don't feel that I have to go through all these steps because your software isn't working. It is not me. It is unknown issue that be finished by today why don't I just come on over to Adobe and come over and sit next to one of your text because you want me to do 3/4 of work just to file a complaint and get an answer to a question.

 

The question has Adobe express been repaired to full functionality.

 

Is it true you can't control what AI does as the text said.

 

Is it true that I need to now lower my expectations from what was working on Thursday to what it's now doing today on Monday?

 

Am I in Monty Python's flying circus here I want an answer. Is it ever going to work the way it was working last week? Or should I get a new program and no don't tell me I have to buy Photoshop as well. And he claims it's working from his end. I know it it's not me.

Could you clarify which specific issue or feature you’re referring to that isn’t working as expected in Adobe Express? If possible, can you share a screen recording of the issue?
