Adobe Express is unresponsive

Whenever I try to make any sort of changes to my file, an error message pops up and forces me to refresh the page or return to the Adobe Express homepage. This initially began happening around 3PM EST. I have restarted my computer, closed all my tabs, but the issue persists. Please help.

Hi,

 

There was a brief outage today (https://status.adobe.com/products/503465/202311140041) but it should be resolved now. Could you confirm that you're not running into this issue anymore?

I have nothing to add except that this has been happening to me about every 10-30 seconds for the past 10 minutes to the point where I'm not sure how to get my work done today.
